Yes. The person who purchased the plan can switch between Team and Business, or between monthly and annual billing, from Plans & billing. Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
Sign in as the person who purchased the plan, open Plans & billing from your account menu and choose Cancel subscription. Paid features stay available until the end of your current billing period, and your templates and message history stay saved. You can also update your payment method and download invoices there.

Each plan covers a number of unique people messaged per calendar month (UTC). Messaging the same person again—including automatic follow-ups—doesn’t count twice. Previews to yourself are free. If a send would go over your plan, we stop before sending and there are no overage charges.

Up to 25 people a month, Acknowledge and Done / Need help buttons, due dates with overdue tracking, one automatic follow-up and response reports. Team adds repeating follow-ups, escalations, completion reports, templates and scheduling.
An attestation asks people to confirm a statement, such as agreeing to a policy. Slack shows the statement in a confirmation before recording the response. Exports include each person’s response time and the exact statement and message text they agreed to.
