Make the first send useful¶
Choose one real task: a policy review, training deadline, new-hire checklist, or operational update. Keep the message short, include the destination link in the body, and make the response button specific. Check the response report before sending a follow-up.
An acknowledgment records a button click. It is not a read receipt or independent proof that someone completed a task.
